MAS Terms & Conditions

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDED

The amounts paid for the MAS Service(s) provided as listed above will cover ONLY 1 trip for each of the trips as listed in each service category. Any additional transportation that is not listed WILL incur an additional cost which can be paid to the driver directly at the time the extra service/transportation is provided. MAS will ASSIST you in scheduling any additional trips required at no additional cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES/PAYMENTS

EVERY payment for the MAS Transportation and/or I 94 Escort Service that is received by Mexico Assistance Services (MAS) for the San Diego Area/ U.S. Consulate in Tijuana includes a $75.00 non-refundable deposit per adult applicant and $25.00 non-refundable deposit per child dependent.

HOW TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH MAS:

IF NO REFUND ISSUED:

You can reschedule your appointment with MAS at any time within 1 year from the date of the initial appointment and pay no additional fees for transportation if no remaining balance (initial payment amount - deposit = remaining balance) refund was issued.

Full payment will be required once again if rescheduling your appointment after 1 year from the date of the initial ASC appointment or if a partial refund was issued.

HOW TO CANCEL SERVICE WITH MAS:

If you need to cancel your ASC/USC appointment(s), please notify MAS via email within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from your scheduled ASC appointment date entered with the MAS Client Registration for Tijuana to receive a partial refund (initial payment to MAS minus the non-refundable deposit as stated above).

IF PARTIAL REFUND ISSUED:

You will lose your credit for the MAS non-refundable deposit unless otherwise stated by MAS in writing.

You must pay the full and current MAS rate once again if you choose to receive your partial refund and reschedule your ASC/USC appointment dates unless otherwise stated by MAS in writing.
